I had a very positive experience during my pre-op appointment with Mr. Rick Carlson. This was my first time seeing him as my provider is off on leave. Mr. Carlson was incredibly compassionate and took the time to thoroughly review my chart and medical history. He asked me very detailed questions to ensure I'm prepared for my procedure. He was not only thorough but also very personable, kind and understanding. Though it was my first appointment with him it felt like I have been seeing him for years. Rick was extremely knowledgeable and I felt well cared for and confident in the care I received.
