Elaine Papineau, DNP, APRN-BC, CWCN-AP

Elaine Papineau, CNS, graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Joseph Hospital School of Nursing in Joliet, IL and completed her Master of Science of Nursing at Governor's State University, located in University Park, IL. She pursued additional Wound Nurse Education and Training from Web Wound, Ostomy and Continence (WOC) Online in Minneapolis, MN. Elaine is currently working toward her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at the University of Illinois College of Nursing in Chicago, IL.

Elaine is a board-certified Advanced Practice Nurse by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and a board-certified Wound Care Nurse, Advance Practice by the Wound Ostomy and Continence Nursing Society.

In addition to her education, Elaine is a founding board member of the American College of Wound Healing and Tissue Repair and the Wound Ostomy & Continence Nurses Society.

Elaine sees patients at the Riverside Wound Center, located at 401 N. Wall Street, Suite 206, Kankakee, IL 60901.
