This was my first visit with Dr Patel. I've been looking for a new PCP since my previous one who I was with for 20+ years retired. I feel blessed and grateful for Dr Patel's approach, knowledge, and kindness. She really listened, then Asked the right questions to get the information she needed from me before proceeding with next steps. She didn't rush me and I quickly felt I could trust her. She is also my sister's PCP and it was my sis who recommended her. When I'd send a question or concern she/the nurse got back to me via MyChart in probably under 30 minutes.
