Dr. Cotton graduated with his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Nebraska Medical Center located in Omaha, NE. He continued his training with an Orthopedic Surgery Residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, KS followed by an Orthopedic Sports Medicine Fellowship from the University of South Florida Health Sciences in Tampa, FL. Dr. Cotton is board certified in Orthopedic Surgery by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons, specializing in sports medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Arthroscopy Association. He is a member of several professional societies including the American Academy of Orthopeadic Surgeons and the American Arthroscopy Association.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a Dr. He was in and out in less than 5 mins . I walked out of the appointment asking questions and had to call once I left to have my prescription sent since it wasn't sent to the pharmacy.

Dr Cotton wad very very good at explaining what was wrong with me and why I was in a lot of pain on and off!

No physical exam was completed - only xray review. Dr. Cotton appeared very rushed coming into my exam as well as to leave my exam. When I attempted to ask a question he was half out the door.
