In its 60th year, Riverside Healthcare continues its decades-long commitment to the health and well-being of its employees. For its dedication to promoting employee health, Riverside was named one of the Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America, ranking 36th in the nation.
Additionally, Riverside earned first place in Illinois' Healthiest Employers in the 500 to 1,999 employees category for the second year running.
Organizations like Riverside were recognized for their commitment to workplace wellness and exceptional health and benefits offerings. Increased flexibility, work-life balance, and mental health resources are common trends among Healthiest Employers honorees.
“Riverside’s top priority is meeting our community’s health needs, and that community includes our employees. We encourage physical and mental health through REACH (Riverside Employees Actively Choosing Health) and our Well In Mind employee assistance program,” said Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Kyle Benoit. “Our staff has been very engaged in these programs, and we’re seeing the positive impact. We are proud of our efforts to help employees stay happier, healthier, and more engaged, which helps them deliver the outstanding care our community deserves."
The REACH (Riverside Employees Actively Choosing Health) wellness program at Riverside provides employees and their family members access to numerous opportunities, including education, challenges, insurance incentives, and more.
