Annette Bennett-Otto is Now Seeing Patients at Riverside Heart & Vascular Institute

Riverside Healthcare is pleased to welcome Annette Bennett-Otto, FNP-C to Riverside Medical Group. She will be seeing patients at Riverside Heart & Vascular Institute, located at 500 N. Wall Street in Kankakee.

"I appreciate the opportunity to be part of each patient's care. I believe that every patient is unique, as should the plan of care. Together, with patients and their support network, I work to find a plan of care that delivers the highest level of functioning and greatest quality of life," she states.

Bennett-Otto received her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from University of St. Francis in Joliet, IL. She is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
