He was very knowledgeable however he spoke so fast. It was hard to get a word in. When I asked him to back up because I had a couple of questions, he said you're not listening. He has said that before to me. It makes me feel inferior. So when he explained it again to me, it was hard to concentrate because I was disgruntled that he told me I wasn't listening. It is difficult to formulate my questions and continue to listen at the same time.
