Great at explaining everything

Similar to the nurse, I felt as if we were rushed to get in and get out without being listened to. I felt dismissed. There were no others in the clinic or waiting area, and it was as if she could not get us out fast enough. When I asked follow up questions she was dismissive and shrugged her shoulders and told us to have a nice day and got on her computer. I was very disappointed in our experience as we were just another number.

Jessica was very quick in her service but very thorough. She double checked to make sure the symptoms I had described were an accurate diagnosis, explained the cause of my symptoms, how to treat it, and what treatment would look like. I also received a follow up call on Monday to tell me my lab results and check on how I was feeling.

I was impressed with the fact she didn't want to flush or remove the wax so that she would penetrate my ear drum. She was very good. When I came back 6 days later she throughly flushed and cleaned my ear out very gently. She did a great job.

I've been increasingly disappointed in not only my own experience at Watseka Urgent Care but also comments made by others. This is not the level of care or service I have grown to love and trust from a Riverside facility. Sad but true!

Jessica spoke quickly and didn't give me enough time to answer. It almost seemed like she was trying to get done with seeing me fast because she had something else to do.
