About Me

Dr. Arshad received both his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from King Edward Medical College in Lahore, Pakistan. He completed his residency in general psychiatry at Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY and he completed his fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, NC. Dr. Arshad is board certified in adult psychiatry from the Diplomate American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. 


Dr. Arshad is now seeing patients at Psychiatric Specialists in Kankakee.
