Riverside Healthcare will be providing COVID-19 testing to residents of the City of Kankakee on Friday, May 8 and to residents of Iroquois County on Monday, May 11.
City of Kankakee Residents - Friday, May 8
Testing for residents of the City of Kankakee will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the parking lot of King Middle School, located at 1440 East Court Street in Kankakee.
Iroquois County Residents - Monday, May 11
Testing for residents of Iroquois County will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Riverside Healthcare Watseka Campus parking lot, located at 1490 East Walnut Street in Watseka.
There is no out-of-pocket cost to be tested.
Pre-registration for testing is required by calling (815) 936-6518. Those being tested need to bring proof of residency, health insurance information and a mask/bandana if they have one.
Results from the testing will be available in approximately three business days online through Riverside’s free MyChart. Sign up at riversidehealthcare.org/mychart.
If you need a doctor and don't have one, call 815-404-DOCS (3627) or online at riversidehealthcare.org. Riverside doctors can now provide video visits in addition to safe, onsite clinic visits.

Route 45/52 Closure Announcement Update

Road construction to effect Riverside Bourbonnais Campus. While a portion of Route 45/52 is closed in Bourbonnais between Burns Road and St. George access to Riverside’s Bourbonnais Plaza as well as the Riverside Cancer Institute and the Riverside Health Fitness Center is open to traffic coming from the north. Although signs at Rt. 45/52 indicate the road is closed south of St. George Road, access to the Riverside facilities remain open.
