One thing I really appreciate about Erin is that even if she is unfamiliar with certain conditions/treatments, she is always willing to research and study, ask questions, and help her patients in the best way possible. Not many providers go out of their way and take the time that she does. I feel heard and cared for.

She never ordered the tests we talked about never submitted my medication refill I had to file for refills from MyChart leaving me without my medication for 4 days
