Student physicals are required at all schools. All kindergarten, sixth and ninth graders must have certain immunizations. And, don’t forget that any athletics that start before school, including summer programs, may also require a sports physical.

*Special $40 rate applies if the patient chooses not to have insurance billed. Payment is due at the time of service. Physicals include urine dip but do not include other lab work or immunizations. Immediate Care Clinics are unable to take MEDICAID patients FOR ANY PHYSICAL. Please schedule with your Primary Care or Pediatric Provider.
