We know how frustrating it can be to have trouble following a conversation in a busy restaurant or straining to hear your grandchild’s stories on the phone. We understand how hearing problems can affect your quality of life and interactions with others.

Whether you, or a family member, are experiencing hearing loss, ringing in the ears (tinnitus), dizziness or balance problems, we can help. We take a comprehensive approach to adult and pediatric testing and treatment to provide the best care possible. And we do this using state-of-the-art technologies in a sound-treated environment designed with your comfort and privacy in mind.

Ring. Ring. Go Away!

Did you know that tinnitus, or ringing in the ears, is the most common hearing condition we see? If you’re one of the estimated 50 million Americans affected by this ringing, we can help you find relief. Our highly trained audiologists have developed an effective program to treat this troubling problem.

Have You Heard? We Carry Hearing Aids.

If you need a hearing aid, we’ve got options. We carry the latest hearing aids in a variety of styles, brands and prices. You can even try out a hearing aid at home for 30 days so you can be sure it’s helping to improve your hearing or speech.

And because we don’t want our patients to miss out on enjoying their favorite music or hearing their children’s laughter, we accept many insurance plans and offer financing to help with costs.

Is Your Balance Off?

If you’re having dizziness or problems with your balance, we recommend you see an ear, nose and throat specialist at one of our three Riverside Medical Group locations in Illinois.

To help pinpoint the cause of your problem, the specialist may refer you to our audiology office for further testing, which could involve our sophisticated Videonystagmography, or VNG. During this hour-long test, you wear goggles that have a video camera on them to record information about your eyes and sense of balance.

If you think you may benefit from balance testing, please call us at (815) 932-2541.
